Getting Fit

TJ and Pat took me backpacking, hiking and rafting when we lived in Idaho.  But I have to admit that I gained a few pounds being an apartment dog for a year.  Jim and Jean are determined to make sure I am fit and healthy.  Jean takes me on runs with her.  Jim and Jean take me on lots of walks.  They throw tennis balls, sticks and my frisbee.  They carefully measure my food and limit my treats.  But I will tell you something.  Jim may seem like a big strict guy but he is really a softy.  He gives me vanilla wafers and bites of his sandwich and chips.  He gives me tastes of lots of things.  I just love him.  He is also the best at throwing the frisbee.
